working out is unnatural.  He was a natural bodybuilder who was going for cuts.

Imagine a few 100 years ago how crazy they would have thought weight traning was. Lidting the same weight up and down for no actual purpose at all, I mean you dont get any food by doing it etc.

he spilled over.. alot of these amatuers dont know how to properly carb load
