whats happening, i think, is that the digestive tract is partially regulated by the amount of nutritents in your body..and when you dirnk a shake with a ton of fast digesting nutrients that flood your body with calories and good stuff, your digestive tract loosens up its grip on the mostly digested food that is toward the colon, and lets it fall out of the body....as the sudden surge of nutrients tells your body its okay to release those undgigested foods it has been holding onto.

cell tech is a good supplement actually just very very overpriced.
