best to eat 5 fruits a day and leafy greens, and dont even workout to conserve energy but lose fat from the severe calorie deficit

Sorry, bro. I know lapidary means 'rock' and sequipedalian means longish/wordy words, but I'm not getting a lot of sense out of your question. Care to rephrase?
