Listen I got up to 250lbs totally drug free, and I would compete at 216-218lbs.Not once did I look as full and as hard as Jose Raymond and I was alot heavier.I did however look as full and hard as Jose when I did use gear.......Get my point.
In these pics Jose Raymond makes Skip Lacour look like a friggin String bean.I seen Jose and his brother Tito, I used to compete againse them.They both have great genetics.But trhey are the only guys who I know wqho can stay full and hard, but still get stridated glutes naturally? I did compete at 216-218lbs,after 12-15 years of very hard training.I have very large bones, so my bones are very heavy.My wrists are 8 1/2" around.So a largo boned man competing at 216lbs is like a small boned man competing at 190lbs.Large bones add about 20lbs to your body.I was big, thick and dense but I had the symtery of a brick.I would kill people in the side chest, when I faced forward, my big rib cage, make me look unsymetrical.
I should have been a powerlifter or a fott ball player.I played semi-pro foot ball and was a nose guard.We won our division back in 99.
