Maybe they have children or a very very demanding job
You have tons of time,some people dont
Now I work 70+ hrs a week and still train 6days a week but some ppl have other priorities

what if your 5'9" and already 195lbs with 8% BF and dont want to do anymore than is required and have a big home to go to,,excellent work not laid off vs you all alone not the best physique,,but you have tons of potential to anything about it?  I find it ironic you dont build your phyusique up to your living potential with a great bone structure and muscle already,,your the one who needs to concentrate on priorities instead of telling others to do otherwise,,I live by a motto among plenty of them:  those who criticze are actually critizing themselves,,,

such as you,,,you only do the 20 pushups for getbig,,but in reality you dont do them etiher tghrouhgout the day you sit there jobless on getbig in a mothers home or trailer if you will then on occassion when soemthing big happens in your life you grab that camera and make sure to psot it on getbig to show you that your the man,,when in reality your not,,

thats ALOT of hours, and i commend you for that

playing devils advocate that is still no excuse theres always time for sets of pushups randomly throughout the day wich can add up to a good workout

but most here dont work that many hours

plus arent you a firefighter?

you guys arent exactly working all day, more less chilling out arent you?

johnnay, what you must realize in these current times is:

1. everyone's fat so abs and chiseled chest really aren't that important.  desirable, but not important.
2. a lot of people work jobs surrounded by other people, whether blue collar or white, so jumping down and doing a set of pushups throughout the day may not be the best way to keep your job
3. people are stressed out with problems far more important than being sub 200 lbs, some got kids to feed

he wont understand that in post 3 I believe he said,,somethign ilke thats no excuse to have family, kids,,etc,,mouuths to feed even if you work 70 hours/week if not 100 or more,,,you can 20 pushups for 20 secs he claims,,,this is coming from a guy who is ALONE and will never understgand till he has priorityes in life right now no prioritires at age 28,,

i could never live with myself not 'liking' myself or not proud enough, furthermore i would assess my attitude and be ashamed if i was hatefull to boot on top of this monstrosity of multiple life failures

after these assesments i would guess that the temptation for suicide would be unforgetable on an hourly basis

a lot of people dont even know to employ half of their natural potential, its absolutely saddening.
they accuse people like us for using steroids because we actually make progress in the mass and strength department ::)

then he has no reason to criticize,,,thats my point from earlier posting he was criticixing a firegighter earlier that the guy worsk 70 hours/week with family and kids to feed

I did the 6 day a week marathon thing for a while and I made almost no progress. Switched to 3 or 4 times a week and I started making progress. I don't have good recovery ability but 6x a week is overboard (for me).
I hate the State.
