How does this sound.
1. Ban on running for president while holding either senate or HOR office.
2. Two term limits on senate and HOR.
3. 90% attendance in Congress, unless excused by a serious medical/family issue.
4. Any major violations of laws means immediate removal.(Prostitution, DUI, etc.)
