Do Pro's train their abs off-season?
Some do...most dont.At an advanced level, the BB should do all he can to NOT build the ab area, which will add to a thicker midsection
Bob gets a great ab workout when he sucks schlong at the Mirage every offseason.
whoa, whoa, whoa...are you saying that when Bob isn't responding to threads on the G&O board, he is perusing a thread entitled "Pictures of my erect penis"?
I'm suggesting Bob has an rss feed setup that notifies him the second the word penis is posted in a thread, which in turn vibrates his blackberry so he doesn't miss a second of the cock shenanigans.
uhhh...yeahMeanwhile...continue to make nearly post with some mention of homos, or G4P, etc...the gay guys here dont talk about these subjects half as much as you do..should tell you something
This is Exactly what ive been trying to explain to Romano. But he refuses to agree with me.
the peanut gallery getting you down again Chick, at least you are keeping up your 80% posts containing the subject of queers!
What does Romano say?I think it's bullshit that doing abs adds to a bigger midsection. The abdominals are a sheet of muscle that's very tough to hypertrophy. How much do you think it will add to your measurement if you add a millimeter to the ab thickness? If anything it will keep the waistline tighter as weak abs lets the gut stretch out in the off-season.Sure, stay away from heavy side-bends but crunches and the like done in the off-season can't possibly hurt you.
Are you saying that with stronger abs one can prevent distension?
