Yeah sad part is damn gym I train at just put in some huge 3 bag thing for the tapout crew.  They will cater to any current fad they feel they can make money from, at the sake of the rest of the clientele.  Guess whats not a current fad?  Hard training, big dudes in your fitness gym, chalk, iron plates, people having proper gym etiquette.  The gym is too comfy for these pains in the asses.  Old man rant here, but back when I got into training 20 some years ago you behaved yourself in the gym and stayed out of peoples way.  You didn't do your sets of 10lbs lateral raises in front of the DB rack preventing others access.  You would get your ass kicked for that.

god i fucking hate that, i walk in to the gym, and literally cannot get to the rack, cause there is a line of fools right in front of it...........if it was one or two idiots, i suppose i would say something..........but these days its everyone...........then as i walk towards towards my locker, i see the angry douchebags in the new tues/thurs MMA class, yelling with every bagkick, rolling around so sweaty nuts and ass are in each others faces........im working on my graduate degree, so i go to campus rec center of the university i attend, because everyone there is so young.,......the gym edicate is terrible, i cant wait to finish so i can get back to a hardcore gym.

i suppose the hot young pussy in the cardio room serves as a decent conselation...

honestly tho 'brah' thorughout living in three different states and interacting with lots of avg joe bb'er type gym rats --- if anyone is juicing they get shit form ALINSHOP

alot of kids on east coast espcaiily...most I see are 19 so probn the get it fo rtheur boys and whoever the esle to tuen profit or get more

the have access but not good - make big orders,,,get half of it........small orders is wrong stuff and deca NPP as nan mislabeles, low does test in replave of 350mg in most cases

EVERY gym rat that is in it for bitches and beach muscles gets ther shit from ALINSHIP -- so watch out ladies
