Just because funny people make you laugh doenst mean they re happy. Being unable to find a job and exhibiting constantly your personnal life on the internet in order to get validations from complete strangers isnt exactly a sign of mental stability.

Even if he makes you laugh.

How bad can it really be for the guy?? His favorite fighter is kicking ass in the ring, he smokes his doobs, gets his workouts in and probably gets steady ass.....there are probably thousands of married guys making 100k+ a year with a bitch wife who would trade lifestyles with him in a heart beat.

I left europe for canada so i'm fully aware of the unemployment thingy there...not going to get any better as european elites and politics keep on importing third world immigrants to lower wages even more...

but, it seems to me you're trapped into the character you built for some reasons (influence of TV/medias, procrastination, family related truamas/shortcomings) more than you control it. That's the problem with characters we build for ourselves...do we control em or do they control us. And if they control us, where do they lead us...

And Im trying to be a damn character because I like MMA?!?!? Ive loved mma my entire life you dumb fuck. ive even trained it and thats part of the reason I love it.

Anything more I should explain?

Are pronounced veins  showing in the arms and shoulders attainable through diet and cardio or is it a genetic limitation?

some people don't have loads of visible veins, like Arnold mainly had one thick ass vein on his forearm and one thick ass vein down the middle of his bicep, i have the same.

Vascularity = All genetics.

Genetics are huge but also dependant on diet, activity, drug combo etc. to bring out what's there.

i honestly think the number one reason i got so vascular was from posing. i would pose so hard that my veins would hurt. and i swear that is what made them more prolific. during times that i wasn't flexing daily i wouldn't be so vascular. high reps and drugs enhance it further, but i did more flexing between sets, and at home.  i've told this to others as well, and they became more vascular also.
