Absolutely, but his obliques don't really taper the way they do in that pic, never mind the fact that he's pretty good at showing off his strengths and hiding his weaknesses like Dorian or Arnie.
Look at this pic, for example, and you'll see how his obliques jut out a bit, as opposed to how they taper in perfectly in that cover shot. And they've only gotten bigger with all the size he's packed on.
