Alpha Lipoic Acid

Hi, I was in the club the other night and started up a conversation about bodybuilding. (no homo) I asked this guy what supplements he is taking and he said the secret is ALA - Alpha Lipoic Acid. Will this really have that much of an effect on how big you get ?

Is it a worth while supplement yes, is it gonna make you look like ronnie coleman...NO

well, there are three boards here= training, nutrition/supplements, and steroids/hardcore.

ill give you a hint, its not on the training board or the nutrition/supplements board.
