well i took the pill and am now 10lbs lighter and my waist is 1.5in smaller, very nice.

highly recommended to ifbb pros due to their bloated waists.  also you know the pros have alot of shit packed up in their system from taking all the schmoe cocks in the ass.

I saw they late night commericial with the dude with craters all over his face talk about how he took a huge shit after taking the colon cleans and there was a bunch of worms in the toilet bowl. Id problalby pass out fall backwards and break me head open on the bathtub

Yes. Dr. Mehmet Oz has debunked this fallacy, saying every time you take a dump you're pushing older waste through like a conveyor belt. He says "no" to the colon cleansers.
