Quickerblades Cardio conquest.

Its Winter in Australia, so am looking to get into peak form before Spring then be on top of my game in Summer.

Doing weights in the AM followed by cardio (Tabata protocol)
At night after work more cardio (Tabata protocol)

Anyhow his a pic as thank you for reading. Not to clear but it will do.

i started running again two weeks ago, 4 runs per week, two HIIT, one tempo, one general stamina.
