Ruhl has always denied using it. Said if he was going to use it, he would use it for his tri's, not his delts/bi's which have always been his strong bodyparts.
Same thing Ernie Taylor siad about his Tirs, he said that if he was to use Synthol, he'd put it in his calves...
Now, back to this dude, he looks like Paul Dillett in the first pic, because Paul was wide as hell...and blew his shoulders out because of it. Tons of operations. He said the doctor's told him he has virtually no cartilidge in his shoulders
