GH IN OVER 40

I am in cutting cycle I am over 40, and take 3.3 ui every morning.If I  take 5 ui, it wil be a big difference? I am already very ripped. and if I take 5 ui it is better 3 in the morning(I train at 10) and 2 before bed.My contest is in two month in october.

i think 5 will be better for you..thats the dose i take...you should notice more lean muscle mass and more of a loss in bf with a higher dose

Ok thanks, but better all 5 ui in the morning empty stomach or 3 ui  in the morning and 2 before bed.

you can do all in a.m., im using 6 ius and i split mine but i dont think it really matter a whole lot

I just take it all in the am

AM is a good time right after you get up.  I would think right before bed is not the best choice.  your GH levels are highest during the first couple hours of sleep, it is recommended to take it when your levels are lowest.  Post workout before your food would be a good time too

Ok but do you think a 48 my gh is highest during the first hours of sleep..But  yes all in the morning it is better to cut fat

yup thats right..why would i put more gh into my body when it is already going to be producing it? like you said, i rather wait until my gh levels are low to take it.

Your body is still producing gh when you sleep at 48..its not as much as when you were younger but still producing it...in my opinion your better off just takin it all in the morning

Ok today happy to know that my gh is alive ahahaha I was sure that at 48 my gh was dead, or very low.
it is not lika I  was 20 but it is good to know that I have.
