lean lower pecs and arms not much visceral fat, last i heard he was the 2004 400m champion Jeremy Wariner

interesting..

Wariner=Renner Raw=Runner Raw or Raw Runner

Outstanding! 

Love this kid.  He got his shit figured out and is still 2-3 steps ahead of the doping police.  He has a chance to race a bit longer and should be able to retire without getting caught.

trained with michael but he has lost of couple of races to a younger guy.  won silver in china, is 2nd man on the block at moment.

I gets the feeling that with a little bit of practice that Bolt would destroy Wariner in a 400m race.

Yes.

Its too hard in the body to focus both on 100,200 and 400 though

Bolt said yesterday in a pres conference that he might just focus on the 100m or 200m (plus relay) alone for the 2012 Olympics as even the two events are tough going.

Looking forward to seeing the Jamaicans breaking another WR in the 100m relay on Sunday
