Don Imus Joins Fox Biz

Imus used to say a lot of offensive racist things.  The "nappy headed hoes" was the final straw.  Looks like he found a home?


Fox Business Network has announced, after weeks of speculation around the industry, that radio host Don Imus will be joining the network starting October 5th. Imus signed a multi-year deal with FBN to simulcast "Imus in the Morning" weekdays from 6-9amET along with his radio syndication. The announcement stated that Imus will be incorporating more business news into his format.

TVNewser had reported in early August that the host was in talks with FBN to bring the simulcast to the network. A few weeks later, Imus announced that he would be leaving RFD-TV much earlier than he had originally signed on for, furthering speculation.

Executive VP Kevin Magee made the announcement today saying, "We're excited to welcome a renowned broadcaster like Don Imus to the FOX Business team. His 40 years of on-air experience combined with his superb interviewing skills and capitalist sensibilities will be a great addition to our lineup."

Don Imus was on the radio working as a shock jock.HIS JOB is supposed to be to offend in a funny way.Its think skinned guys that get offended by it.I guess getting on television and saying Miss. Cali. is a transvestite isnt offensive,yet there Olbermann sits with his crappy ratings and stupid smirk.

Your double standards are incredible!!!!!!!Al Sharpton is on the radio and he said "blacks were here before those Greek homos".Why isnt he off the air?I guess he didnt do anything offensive before,like the tawanna Brawley case.

Don Imus has done more for charity in a week then your hero Obama has or will do in his entire life.

This is the worst decision FBN can make.  Who gives a damn about what he said in the past.  He sucks, plain and simple.  He mumbles most of his sentences, half the time I'm not even sure if he's awake, and he's a complete bore fest.  They could've made a much better choice than Imus.
