I can't really counter that, so I guess we will.

I'm well aware that we all know that steroids can't be detected just looking at the body type, and, I would have to admit that if anyone were savvy enough to keep his body from looking in any way suspicious, it would be Jeter.  But, he just doesn't look that way.

I just see no indicators at all - no real number fluctuations, etc.....

If he was on the list, there's no way that any of those who leaked the the names of the others would leave him out.  In this context, he's a bigger name than ARod, Ortiz, Manny, etc....

Of course there is.  Newspapers are dying and this list ensures the Times to remain relevant until they go completely digital.  They are saving the best for last.  It's more likely than not that your boy is on the sauce.

I'm not singling out Jeter.  I'm saying according to recent evidence, the AFC east was a place where steriods were rather widespread. I suspect Jeter is a guy who was part of the steroid era.

I agree 100%...The only thing I would throw in is that if there is ever one player that could be protected(pay offs and what not) Jeter would be that guy...He is Mr. Baseball...
