Not Moosejay.  1.25lbs raw roadkill moose, some chopped up onions, chopped beets, couple of fresh capers, and some brazil nuts.  2.25lbs semi-frozen berries.  Berries down first.

  No, had date with her last night.  Went much worse than expected.  I am staying positive, working on plan for the save.  Raw moose is awesome.

how come u eat ur fruit frozen, i enjoy frozen grapes and berries frozen or non frozen, but do u ever eat them fresh, or is there any significance to eating them cold.

Definitely healthier to eat fresh, no doubt about it.  I eat'em frozen cause I like'em frozen and because my wallet is thinner than normal these days.

Frozen fruits and vegetables are generally just as good as or better (nutritionally) as fresh because they are frozen at the peak of their freshness.

Freezing much better than cooking(physical change vs. chemical), but vegetables are blanched prior to freezing and that's a chemical change and nutrient loss is recorded and observed there.  Fruits not as much as vegetables because they are not blanched but there are still recordable differences, for example: http://www.springerlink.com/content/v0762109448x6615/
They're never better frozen than they are fresh....

Most of us are eating our foods cooked, so that minor nutritional loss is going to occur anyway.  Fresh from garden will always win, of course,  BUT fresh from the grocery store... not always.  The longer the time between the field and your table, the more degradation.  Frozen vegs and fruits are processed at the peak of their freshness so again, they're just as good as, if not better than "fresh" - which isn't always so fresh.  :-\
