Probably Nixon with the whole Watergate. Followed by Kennedy with the Bay of pigs and election cheating.
3rd spot goes to Reagan for his Iran - Contras affairs.

Kennedy election cheating?  Didn't know about that, wait did his dad have something to do with it?  I think I do remember something about that...

Lyndon Johnson is up there although I am sure there are others way back in history who were probably far worse.

I honestly cannot fathom why these people act the way they do.

If I was given the honor of leading our country I would do my damnedest to be as honest and up front as possible and serve the people they way they deserve to be served.

WTF is wrong with the kind of people we elect?  I don't get it?

Because getting to the top in the political world requires one sell his soul to many forces and people.   They are all bought and paid for before they get there.  Obama is a perfect example of this.  

That is why we need to not allow these politicians any more power than is provided for in the constitution.

You would have to define Dirty.

"Dirty" as in sexual lust while in office would go to Warren G. Harding. 

"Dirty" as in the worst tactics to steal an election would go to Rutherford B. Hayes.  Samuel J. Tilden was clearly the winner in 1876.  This was the most disgraceful election and the great Samuel J. Tilden was grossly wronged and was elected President and the election was then stolen completely.
