reading an article in the paper today it said popstar ronan keating is training hard, pumping iron and is now at 5.5% bodyfat compared to daniel craigs 7% for casino royale.

ronan seems to  have some decent arms, one the chicks love. BB do you really think he's even 13%, whats the average guys bodyfat percentage meant to be?

Keating looks 10-12%, Craig looks low/middle teens. little hard to tell based on the pose. Most folks in the 12-18% range are considered very fit by the average person. From what I've seen the average person goes 20-26%.
