more hoes have been checking me out since ive trimmed the facial hair down till theres only about a 12 oclock shadow not as manly as sevastase's yet though
but truth about my training and diet are really coming together
but not necessarily easier
i require 1-3 short naps a day usually an hour after training
its been raining alot so my training is basically dumbells squats sometimes heavy dumbell deads and of course falcon punches to hit the upper pecs and rear delts and back
diet is mainly whole milk with raw spinach
this generally allows me to train infinitly
if i do require something extra i usually go for some good ben and jerrys icecream and or pizza
i think all my diets before have seriously lacked the whole milk and spinach, they taste GREAT together but if you eat either one by themselfs you feel like you are missing something, and whole milk by itself just bloats you
