A person could use a prescription for any medication such as anti-e's, not just limited to the first examples I pointed out. Also, I was not implying that a person should use different medications at the same time. I was explaining that there are multiple uses for prescription medications.
As for the use of Steroids in conjuction with pain killers or sleeping pills. Steroids are not a recreational drug. If a person has back pain, or trouble sleeping, there is no steroid that will cure the problem. Also, any drug that can be prescribed should not be taken recreationally. I was referring to a prescription that a person would normally take, regardless of steroid use, and the need for a real prescription. By saying that a person shouldn’t take a sleeping pill at night, which is a common occurrence for many people, because they are “mixing” it with steroids is buying into the media portrayal of steroids as a hard drug that causes psychotic rages and must be stopped at all costs. If a person would normally take an ambiem CR at night, it would be irrational to suggest that the use of Steroids would then have some harmful effect on the person.
Furthermore, of course you can buy any medication online. However, it is a fact that most drugs sold by online pharmacies are either counterfeits, or low quality and under dosed. I don’t oppose those that choose to use online pharmacies, but there is an incredible number of people that prefer to know that they are getting exactly what they want, and the only way to be sure of this is to be able to obtain it from a local pharmacy. That is why there is such a huge market where people are paying a significant amount of money online for “consultation” services with doctors just to obtain a prescription. These are people like me that don’t want to take the risk of using an online pharmacy, and I was just pointing out that there are other ways other than dealing with the middle man “consultation” service.
From a steroid point of view, this should be easy to understand. There are some very credible UG Labs that produce testosterone, however, it would be foolish to say that you would not prefer Human Grade Pharmaceutical Testosterone. However, most pharmaceutical grade testosterone comes from overseas where people have access to it, so people use UG test. If you had the option in America (which we do not due to strict regulations) to take a prescription for 5 10ml bottles of testosterone to the pharmacy, and know that what you are getting is the best quality product, then that would be the way that everybody would acquire test. Why should prescription medications be any different? We do have the option of using a prescription. Of course there are other methods, but you cannot say that using a prescription if you are able to obtain it is not a smart choice.
