Milos, Dennis looked much better when he was preparing with you.  He has amazing potential but was flat & overdieted last year...this yr he isn't conditioned enough.
Looks like he has made minor improvements at best in the last 2 yrs.  He'd probably look better this year if his condition was sharper.  Seems like Wolf does need someone like Milos to help him dial it in.  Hasn't happened the last 2 yrs.
He should also compete at the Arnolds this yr and not take a whole yr off.

mos ronnie did have a "trainer", he didnt win an O untill 98, which is the year he started working with chad nichols.

as far as i know, ronnie dropped out his estrogen blockers in 98 and incorporated mor einsulin, and in 2003 he upped his gh doseage.

thats all these "gurus" are good for, is getting guys to take more/better drugs.

rarely, like with chris aceto, a trainer will help thorugh getting the bodybuilder on a better diet.

in dennis wolf case, he made improvemtns with milos cuz milos got him using alot of insulin and eating more carbs. now with chad, as far as chad lets people know, wolf uses less insulin and eats less carbs. so he isnt making gains in mass and he isnt as full on contest day.

How do you know his doses , are you his dealer..All it takes is for him to nail his condition and it will be lights out for eveyone else..He is built on the foundation of what BB is all about the X..

this is true the guy just missed it!! if he just nailed his conditioning everyone would be talkin about all the size he added even though it was very little.. ,,which he still did u just cant see it, without better conditioning

people r too hard on these guys u know how hard it is to just try n maintain a condition at the mr o level let alone add size it virtually impossible

generally when we say sumone improved this or that they usually got barely bigger but greatly improved conditioning  ..most the guys hav been and will be about the same size for most of their careers

I've never understood why a damn bb needs a pro trainer.....Glass, Milos, Chad.....gimme a break.

Arnold, Haney, Yates, Coleman, Cutler.....don't have trainers.   They became pro bbs alone and they won the Mr O alone.

The moral of the story:  Stay the same bb queer you always were and just find better drugs to shoot in your genetically-gifted ass.

Fixed.

it had nothing to do with you, he has just maxed out his frame already.

No he hasn't. He's got a frame that can support up to 310 lb easy. Not saying he will necessarily get up there.

Breaks my hearth to see that...but I would say 24 months...not only 12...

I did more in 5 months (New York'07, Keystone '07 and Olympia '07 - three shows I trained him for) than...never mind... ::)

He needs you Milos... ever since he left you it's been downhill..
