During the press conference Phil said that last year he weighed 228 on stage....

Wow!

I thought he was much heavier than that.

Says he plans to come in at 240 this year

Didn't Dex claim 230 last year? Phil sure looked bigger than Dex

you need to count dexters weight in his pectorals... if phil had a chest he would of been 240 last year :D
