the fact that it happened when i pulled my mower makes me think i just tweeked something...
and i was having trouble getting it started so i really yanked on it when this happened

it is not like it happened when i was sitting around

i used to "tweak" that nerve too

i wonder what its called, its a very unique feeling, kinda cool and kinda hurtfull

no but its possible though, happens in basketball sometimes once in a while you feel it from your scalp down to your neck
