How does Victor keep himself out of Jail

This guy is tied to almost all the worst shit to ever have happend to the bodybuilding world yet has done min/time in prison...How has he kept himself out of the slammer and been able to inject himself with more drugs the 99.999999999% of the population on Earth? Is he really an FBI rat? Is Victor tied with the illusive CIA? Did he make a deal with the devil and is now paying for it with a family curse(well known in the Illuminati world)?

Victor only cares about himself.  He would probably rat his best friend out if that meant he could keep working out and injecting.

Good post...I thought it was this but got too many PM's from pro bodybuilders saying the Victor was a class act...Of course I should have realized that the same pro's PM'ing me were exposed for being busted for some kind of drug/s :-\

Pretty funny acually, big tough looking jacked guy like Victor. They  probley had to put two sets of handcuffs on cause his back is so big but when them cuffs go on he mustve folded up like a lawn chair and started spitting out names, his eyes welling up  and his voice cracking. RAT
