does show how last dillet and same for wheeler ,,maybe early on they trained hard,wheeler in some videos was pretty strong ,I guess much later he just stuffed bodyparts and cut training to pump,,thats what separated those 2 from ray/cormier ,,the latter had dense/hard earned look to there builds..cormier was an animal strength wise.
