feeling sick after HIIT cardio

God dammit - every morning - 15 min HIIT and I feel like puking after it - today I got the first offish looks from some fat fucking lady
and i was seriously ready to call her her out getbig style.
I observed the same lady to sit on these stupid Sitting bikes the once were you nearly lie down, on level 1 for 10min - no wonder she is still such an blob of redundant protoplasm - i bet you all the same fucking cunt will give up a week later and proclaim her love for being fat and says its ok to be a fat fucking CUNT!!!!
But seriously is there anything I can do to make the sickness stop? I do my cardio after the workout, and I have my breakfast after the I am home before I go to work.
Could that be the reason? that my stomach is empty?

You don't need to do that torture to get lean. Is that why you are doing HIIT?

well brother this is realy what works for me - long cardio sessions don't work - I need fast high resistance.

But i am open for suggestions.

Why do you workout BEFORE you go to work?
Mainly the gym is too packed later on and i also have to pick up my lovely wife.

i have the same thing if i train on an empty stomach. Eat somthing first.

If calories in < Calories out then you will burn fat, dosen't matter what time of day you eat /train imo.

When i diet i don't even do cardio for most of the time i just eat less.

I might try that but I was under the impression that you get the most of your cardio when you do it on empty stomach

Unbelieveable for me to workout before work.

I don't know how the workouts of you guys look like, but after my workout I'm done for the rest of the day. There's nothing anymore except crawling home, forcing another meal in and collapsing in the bed. Working out in the morning before work - LOL, I don't wanna imagine how my day would look like.

Increase the HRT dosage.

My work consist mostly at sitting in my office :D and my team knows to come over to me when they want something or to call me :D

it's a good type of sickness

trust me, the results you get will make up for the sickness and you will never go back to slow, steady cardio again

I too struggle to workout in the morning and very rarely do, but if you stick at it for a few weeks your body actually gets used to it and somehow u feel like u have more energy during the day (dont ask me how), and your nights are your own to beat off, or do whatever u do  :)

If you are weight training AND doing cardio before breakfast, that is a lot to do on an empty stomach. When I used to do this, I did not usually feel nauseous, but rather often I felt lightheaded like I might faint towards the end of my weight training session before I even got to cardio.

You have to do what you have to do if you need to get it all done before work, but I would at the minimum suggest a protein shake that contains some carbs prior to your workout. You'll still lean out if you are not over eating during the rest of the day.
