I've been using it...
Here is an example of my chest workout today:
Set 1 - 3000 reps
Set 2 - 6000 reps
Set 3 - 12000 reps
now I'm completely in the zone...
time for the finishing touch
stick it up ass for 20,000 reps or until I pass out from rectal failure
