Im 6ft.2, clearly you don't understand that taller = arms measure bigger but don't appear as big as the measurement in photographs.

AXA was 6ft.6 and had 18" arms people didn't believe that but it was probably true due to his height.

Do you guys dream about me and AXA when you go to bed at night, knowning you can make your arms bigger but you will never be tall enough to ride a rollercoaster.

Arnold with around 17 - 18 inch arms in twins at close to your height as an example , his arms are way bigger than 2 or 3 inches comparitive to yours.
