1. How do you know that lots of people are getting hurt by certified trainers? How many and what is the source for your assertion of these stats.
2. Why do you think trainers have ALL clients on the same diet and training regimine?
3. Where do you get 98%? Is that a published stat somewhere?
i am in this business from more than 25 years.i get clients all the time who got screwed by these on line certified trainers.i have lots of certified personal trainers come over all the time for help.
I dont blame these kids they just trying to make some living.they just follow written diets and training protocol their gym provide them.Lets be realistic most of gym,s can not afford experience people like me.I mean money i would ask they can have 5 trainers with that money.
people train to look young and healthy.lower than maintenance calories and i mean way way lower like i said 1000 to 1200 calories diet and over training make u lose muscle mass rather than fat which eventually make u look weak and old.i think that hurts.
u saying how i know that they put all clients on same diet......OK if u r a certified personal trainer(i know u r) and i tell u that 200lb male who wants to loose fat need same amount of protein as a competitive bodybuilder and there is no difference between bodybuilding and fitness would u believe me.
answer this question and truth will come out.
NOTE.200lb bodybuilder protein requirement is 200 to 300 g.
oh and how i know that 98% people join gym for fitness......you should not be asking me this question if u know anything at all about gym business.
