I'm in shape.staying there is the problem ;D

How so? If you are at target weight, just keep on training and skip a meal every day you are above target weight. That's how I do it, very easy and convenient. Plus you will improve body composition while doing so and can increase your target weight a few pounds whenever you're ripped enough.

That would be zero meals for you then. ;D

Funny how the single fucks chime in.  Get a full time corporate job and a family to support and see how easy it is to do this "hobby".

Your problem is you seem to have only peaked once, your body is foreign to diets every year to lean up.  You need to teach it.  Once I go into clean up mode my cravings for sweets and fats disappear. the only thing that I have to watch out for is being a irritated with things when I'm on a strict diet.  I seem to have a shorter fuse then.

I have a full-time job, and I'm a 44 year old single parent, my life is anything but a cakewalk.

My GF is 38 yrs old and maintains 10% bf 365 days a year, she works full-time nights as an Ultrasound tech. She busts her ass at night, she's responsible for the whole dept.

If you want it, you do what it takes.  or you can cry like a bitch.

No because I eat two meals on my bulk days. So I just skip the second one when I'm above target weight in the morning. Super easy method.

She's as healthy as they come dude. she takes amazingly good care of herself, hasn't eaten pizza in 3 years, no high fructose corn syrup or starches....ever. No Ice cream....ever.

And the thing is...she does it happily, not a complaint.....no "i wish i could eat that", nothing.

Her "cheating" is she'll knock back a few drinks occasionally. Her rationale is "at least I get something out of that, a nice buzz....what the fuck do I get from Ice Cream ?"

 Her attitude is impressive.

I'm not questioning she currently seems healthy....but 10% bf on a female is like 3-4% bf on a male...ask anyone with common sense if thats a healthy bf to be at and you should get a pretty consensus answer of no.yea people get that low for a contest.but to walk around that low year round is not wise and I would question the long term health effects of doing so...

she's naturally lean, her whole family is...she lifts weights to add size. she's 135 at 5'8" now and she was 122 before she started training.

This woman LITERALLY eats as much as i do, just waaaay cleaner.
