I found a Whey Protein that lists "insulin-like growth factors" as one of the additional ingredients. What is that?

I thought the substance "insulin like growth factor" was some kind of bodybuilding drug.

Is it also true that all Whey contains MSG due to the manufacturing process and is not even listen as an ingredient?
