You need to address your grievance with the WHITE DALLAS CHEERLEADER OWNER!!!...who fired her, rather than exposing your own racism and stupidity by growing angry at Black/Hispanic football players, baseball players, basketball players etc who had no part in this, made no complaint about her, neither did any African American post her pictures on line nor did they have her webpage pics exposed to the world. How do you even know I'm white?     You don't so don't go making stupid fucking assumptions about people and expose your own racism.  The color of my skin certainly does not dictate whether or not I have the right to call something racist.  Maybe I should have used "bigot" instead because it's more a case of that than racism.  And again, it makes no difference the COLOR of skin of those that fired her that has ZERO bearing on the fact that this person was fired over dressing up as a black person when there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.
