There are apartments all along Cortez, Road in Bradenton, Florida and i have many friends who have to live in Apartments.

why a house is so expensive !  What if they choose to foreclose you even if you are making payments cause they can choose to do that.  It is so risky unless I buy a house with cash.

I bought my house with cash and my moms house with cash. 

I sued a company that has something that is on every car and thank god that i can walk now.

absolutely right!  slum lords get too old in states to handle property, hire contractors and turn so-called apts into condos and sell them for 30k a piece.  hence there really are no apts in the states.
