Congrats he found the skinniest guy in the gym :D
lol the guy has never spotted anybody squatting - I admit it feels a bit weird to "hug" somebody from behing when squatting and I am sure the pencil necks have their laugh but before you have somebody spotting you like that you may want to ask him to go fuck himself.

Weird. You can't spot someone with one arm and if Levrone dumps the bar, he'd be toast. Maybe he wandered into the wrong studio thinking he was there for a karate audition?

Pretty good form...
the "spotter" wanted to grab Levrone's ass, but Kevin's focus thwarted the earlesque maneuver...

Don't see how much of help/spot that dude could give if Kevrone should fail a squat.

i think he is still natural, otherwise he would ve blown up already. im curious if he is sdoing any deadlifts, just not filming it? i cant squad for shit unless i do deadlifts for lower-back. want to focus on legs and arms now to get the proportions right. im adding 10 lbs every squat workout.

Only one who can squad without flaw, is the SquadFather.

That wimp must be his visualisation coach. His squat & benchpress vids are boring to watch since he became obsessed with poundages only.

this is the same guy who spotted kevin in another video. his spotting is very dangerous and very poor. he keeps his foot just beside kevins feet which may make kevin to trip....+ if kevin actually needs help the spotter wont be in a position to help him and will jam his knee into kevins legs or ass. terrible spotting, i dont know why kevin doesnt explain to the guy how he should be spotting.

Might be so, but if you should put a weight as a target and make it a competition like Kevin do, I think the form should be "ass to the ground" so people cant discuss and argue about the form.

i dont think its a competition..its more a collective inspiration thing. (kevins 500lbs challenge)

same as people call ronnies squats shallow..they were deep enough for his purposes..

i think the squats are fine...as long as your not doing quarter squats all the time (and his squats are way deeper than quarter squats).

My point is. Setting a weight to work out with without any rules and standard how the form should be is useless. That's why I never care when gym people claim their poundage in gym exercises. They can lift however they want without any rules and standard. When u ask a powerlifter for an example, you always have something to relate to bcz everybody are following the same rule when lifting, or any other sport where u compete and have judges to make sure u follow the standards.

thats why i tell people who ask me for advice to forget your ego and standardize your technique and dont worry about other people (how much they lift) and just worry about your own strength gains. as strength gains drive muscle growth.
