I've never really Max out  on shoulders not a shoulder guy best poundages 225 for 8-10 and 130db for a few reps

sounds pretty good! most i have gotten is 12 reps with the 110s the weird thing is, my chest isn't much stronger. i can get like 7-8 reps with the 120s at most!

That's where we are different my chest is way stronger than my delts just never been a strong shoulder guy
