McDonalds Fruit Salad

I just ate two fruit salads from McDonald's, and now I have a really sickening/sour taste in my mouth....

The order was gay enough to lead you to believe HIV/AIDS would be a natural consequence thereof.  However, I imagine, as others have implied, that there may have been an "extra ingredient" or two involved.
