.....actually, i overtan cuz i can't afford a quality teeth whitening so i figure even the yellowest teeth can look pearly white in contrast to shit stained skin

go to target and get the generic mouth wash. get the "pre brush whitening" wash, use that shit before everytime you brush. and also get a whiteneing toothpaste, any kind.  brush 2-3 times per day, and spend 3-5 minutes brushing. you can brush several times within that 3-5 mintues, just scrub the fuck out of your teeth. really hard, as hard as you can without hurting your gums. hit all the areas, inside and outside of both sides and top and botto, but give the front side of the front teeth, both top and bottom, at least a full minute each.

You can see how the guy has shrunk trying to make improvements. If overtraining was his problem last year, why has he gone the route of trying to solve it with....well more overtraining! It's like trying to put out a fire with petrol.
