Flex by a mile, wider chest, crazy taper.  Too bad the asshole filled himself up with so much oil.  probably cost him the O.

Two of the very best. And the fact that it's hard to decide who's better says something about Phil. We all know Flex was awesome.

It's called FLOW.  Flex has it, Phil does not.  Flex is also taller.

Nah, no proof of Phil using Synthol. His arms are hard and striated. That pic of Flex is before he used synthol, and when he did it was primarily in his delts.

yes, phils arms are only twice the size of everything else on him hmmm completely natural. Most pros use oil, just because they don't look like valentino doesn't mean they don't...
