ur right and 94 at the arnold too...put some size on after the pec tear and failed drug test, left for wfb and back to ifbb..great build.

Did you read the Peter McGough article on DeMey in MuscleMag? McGough makes it sound as if DeMey was searching for the "Holy Grail" of physiques. But, after his pec tear and DQ at the '90 Olympia, he simply sought monetary reward.

Hence, he went to the WBF (DeMey was the first guy signed by Vince McMahon) and reportedly got $300,000 per year.

well ,yeah the problem with wbf aside from great money, the cheesy production, spectacle aspect, and turning bbers who train and diet and nothing else, then slapping them with almost wrestling like characters just embarrassed most of them, demey was doing great in ifbb and then after his setback goes to wbf and they turn him into a james bond with muscle character  :-[...in the end they could not have liked the way they were portrayed and used ,then 92 drug tested  :-\...

This is his routine from 1991 (or at least part of it, aired from BodyStars).

I'm sure they got over how they were portrayed. Troy Zuccolotto was another example. He used the money he got from the WBF and now owns his own health clinics.

Eddie Robinson said he made more money in one year with the WBF than he would have made in 4 years with Weider.

As for the cheesy productions, we've seen the IFBB allow routines that mimic the WBF ones from the early 90s.

Heck, Toney Freeman even did an executioner routine, shades of one Johnnie Morant.

You must be 12. Here's a tip: drug use has grown over the years. It was once used in relatively low amounts and bodybuilders would garner good results while still looking very healthy. It's 2009 now and drug use has grown 10-fold and so have the side-effects

Oh yeah it was really healthy. That's why Paul Grant with the xmas tree in the pic had kidney failure by the late 70's and died in 2003.
