Interesting views here.

My view is that as a singer - she's amongst thousands on the plant with her vocal abilities. Perhaps 10's of thousands.

Combine that with her backgound - that voice sitting in a small room stroking her cat for all those years, drinking larger and blackcurrant and swearing in the corner of the pub - there you have the little push it needs to turn her into something special.

This isn't just about her voice - it's a slap in the face to all of the talentless girls on MTV, the boy bands, the Britneys, the utter shite we see as an excuse for music nowadays.

PS - I saw the Buzzcocks play in Bangkok this weekend - fucking brilliant band. I like MUSIC and Kylie Spears IS NOT MUSIC.

Yes she can sing - she has clearly got talent, but she's obviously mental and she'll end up killing herself with all the pressure and fame.

Simon Cowell is milking her for all he can get but once her record sales drop he'll cast her off like all the other wannabes he's signed up - she'll completely flip her lid then.
