i had to get stitches in my hand where i "lanced" a spider bite. so when i saw the Dr i asked if the whole "coughing blood" thing was serious, and he said "no" he then started telling me what it was and i immediately stopped him, cause if it ain't serious i couldn't really care less.

i now need a diagnosis for the department at which i train for so i can get my insurance updated. so i guess i need to find out what it is.

never been biten by a spider.  what bite you?  was it a cool brown recluse?

the Dr thinks thats what it was, i had to go back today cause it was leaking.....they took the stitches out, cleaned it, and put some wicked cool bandages on it ;D

indeed, but unlike onlyme i will admit all mine is from beer, and shitty(but delicious) food. i am currently celebrating several court victories from this morning with beers, and fajita nachos ;D

but with a resting heart rate of 125-127 a minute the fat doesn't stay around for long ;)

nah, i have on regular gauze bandages but the nurse covered them in "super sweet ass" yoda band-aids ;D
