great going. I am following a diet too, but it's not very restrictive. The biggest PIA is washing and packing containers and food to bring to work
The fish was awesome - I am a great believe in keeping things simple - I mostly trip and fall when I ahve to do too much in the morning.. Excample: The last two month i come home in the morning from my workout and I ahve 20-30 min before I drive my wife to work... thats enough for the three S int he morning which are Shit Shower and Shave, then due to time restriction i blend 50g oats, Protein 2 scoops and water and down that.
But the most uncomplicated thing is - the fish I eat is samon 2 small samon steaks which are prepacked and frozen so all I need to do is fill the shaker up with my protein powder for my 4 meal then grab the fish from the freezer and I am good to go - I buy rice from the company canteen for 1.50 already cooked and ready to go.
I have to find an equal easy way for my chicken to continue.
