Its harder to do vacuums the heavier you get. Regardless of gh or insulin or whatever

Haney was no stranger to GH. If you want proof of this check out the gap in between his front teeth. Classic for GH use. Arnold had the same thing.

Haney had won a few Olympias before rHGH was even available.   He had retired before they started using GH and insulin.

don't forget ripped striated glutes..and the posing trunks jammed up the posers crack to show them off...or when the ''athletes'' drop trowl in the middle of the press conference to squeeze out a pose for the ''media''..
