Give up this worthless, vile pursuit.
huh??? Seems kinda strange that someone on a "Bodybuilding" forum would tell someone to give up Bodybuilding.......
I don't participate in Bodybuilding for some sort of "pursuit". I bodybuild because I love the lifestyle. I have lived it since I was a teenager. I will always watch what I eat and train hard. I stay lean year round. I only lost eight pounds for the show because I stay in condition year round.
I did the competition because I'm a competitor and love the challenge of pushing myself to the limits. I don't have to win my Pro Card or anything like that. Although I would love to accomplish that. It really has nothing to offer me other than the accomplishment. I have owned my own supplement company for the past nine years, so what am I going to do, sponsor myself or give myself a contract???
I think the majority of people in bodybuilding do it because they love of the rewards of the lifestyle.
