It bothers me when people plan their cycles around Mon-Sun.  This is not a  great way to plan a cycle.  Taking shots on Mondays and Thursdays is not an even split.  People need to look at the number of weeks they want to run a cycle X 7 and look at the number of milligrams they want per week and divide it up by the days.

How is Monday and Thursday not a good split when using long estered AAS? I'm not sure I'm following what you mean here.

then what about people who plan their orals around a 24 hour cycle shouldn't they take orals say every 5 hours or 7 hours or any number that isnt necessarily divisible into 24

also mon of steele you can take a shot on monday and thursday but take it monday morning and then thursday at a time 12 hours later than the shot on monday and that way you are taking a shot exactly every 3.5 days 

For example Monday 8 am and Thursday 8 pm is an even split

I honestly dont think it matters but if you think it does you can do it this way
