I love all these new inventions - to make the planet saver for us and I mean that.

But...

Am I the only realist left that thinks that we 1010% doomed? That no little bicecle or any other feeble attmempts to save us from planet earth?
I just cannot see if all the stuff we try will make an notable impact.
The drop in an ocean frace comes to mind.

Preserving the earth is noble but that conference was useless, stacked with crazy people and small countries demanding huge sums of money from the U.S and other industrialized nations to help them acquire green technology.
Did you see all those people fighting with police?  Nice peace-loving people I guess... ???

global warming is a conspiracy made up by the UN to impose a carbon tax and the use of carbon 'credits' will be a billion dollar industry in a matter of years

the earth is cooling......weather, ice caps melting, its all bullshit and naturally occurring

another misunderstood statement.  Greenhouse gases and carbon emissions are not changing the weather to something unnatural, it is just accelerating what was going to happen anyway.  Think of taking steroids and hair loss.  Steroids don't make you lost hair, it just speeds up the process for people who were going to lose it anyway.
Global warming is accelerating the cycle that was going to happen anyways.

but its like losing 5 hairs instead of 3

we make no significant impact on the earth that would substantially affect the climate or 'greenhouse gas' buildup

global warming is a 'concept' that will MAKE people buy certain cars, clothes, live a certain way......only way the gov't can gain more control over you is to 'tax' you if you drive gasoline cars, your business emits too much CO2, etc

its another form of control..........the earth was hotter thousands of years ago............we have not caused shit in 200yrs to make the fckin whole world raise its temp by 5degrees.....not possible

Well put, where was all this global warming rubbish 20 years ago? There wasn't, because Al Gore was too busy getting attention as a politician. But then the political leaders have to show they are doing something just to gain votes rather than have the balls to say the opposite.
