WTF is right. A reverse band press using a fucking smith machine? Fucking 1/4 rep squats w/bands??? What does this guy think he's accomplishing? Even at 50 years old he's still trying to impress the kiddies in the gym. He's gonna hurt himself real good very soon....

this just highlights the point that you should never get into a discussion about "how much you lift", It is a total waste of time.

I usually respond by saying that "I don't lift, I just wear a tapout tshirt and shadow box in the corner, but the key is to drink the post work out shake in the hypertrophy time window"
